The Heart Code® is an advanced energy healing modality developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson that focuses on identifying and releasing the Heart-Wall®—an energetic barrier that, according to the method, may form around the heart after emotionally difficult experiences such as grief, heartbreak, trauma, betrayal, stress, or loss. Practitioners believe the Heart-Wall® is created by trapped emotional energies that the subconscious mind stores to help protect the heart from future emotional pain. While this energetic shield may have served an important purpose at one time, it can also make it more difficult to fully experience love, joy, trust, connection, compassion, and emotional openness. During a Heart Code session, muscle testing is used to communicate with the subconscious mind and determine whether a Heart-Wall® is present. Trapped emotions that are ready to be released are identified and cleared using a gentle energy technique, supporting greater emotional balance and well-being.
